Korea Telecom Selects AlcaCruz as VR Partner

The K-Champ Collaboration Program, in which the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center provides KT commercialization opportunities for outstanding venture companies, is cruising.

The program, which has been in operation since 2017, has identified and supported 56 cumulative companies and recently selected four additional companies. Participating companies include △ AlcaCruz (VR / Game Streaming Solution), △ Holographic Global (Hologram-specific hardware, solution and content development), △ Retinal (Optics solution for augmented reality smart glasses), △ Innertainment (VR live fan meeting Service 'Basta Live VR').

Participating companies were also remarkable at '2019 KT Partners Day' held on October 29. Ten of the 18 exhibitors were found through the program, and among them, Winsoft and Innertainment received the Excellence Award in the future technology field.

Lee Kyung-joon, head of the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center, said, “We will continue to expand cooperation with KT by discovering outstanding venture companies with new growth engines.”
